Modules
Modules are major structural components of Arcstone OS.
They describe functional partitions within the architecture, not products or deployable packages.
Core Modules
-
Existence-Governance Module
Enforces existence-level permissioning. -
Authorization Module
Evaluates admissibility of proposed states. -
Legitimacy Module
Determines lawful classes of state. -
Continuity Module
Preserves long-horizon coherence. -
Identity Module
Maintains persistent entity representation. -
Memory Module
Supports structured recall across time.
Evaluation Modules
-
State Evaluation Engine
Computes deterministic outcomes. -
Constraint Resolution Engine
Applies bounds and restrictions.
Interface Modules
-
Human Interface Layer
Human-facing surfaces. -
Machine Interface Layer
Machine-facing surfaces.
Module Relationships
Modules are arranged hierarchically.
Upstream modules constrain downstream modules.
Downstream modules never override upstream constraints.
What Modules Are Not
- Not microservices
- Not plugins
- Not feature bundles
- Not products
Modules exist to preserve structural clarity.
Detailed module specifications appear in the Library.
